Green and black olives

Olives were recognized after 1970, when the results of research were published. It was proved that people of Mediterranean have the lowest level of cardio-vascular diseases in Europe as a result of active taking for food of this product. The fruits of olive tree contain the big quantity of vegetable fats (up to 50%) and about hundred of active agents (the most of all E, A and C vitamins). Having such a big nutrient and energetic value olives help to restore the strengths very quickly, help to keep skin young and to strengthen the health (take out the toxins, radionuclides, normalize cholesterol level, blood pressure).
